# Enterprise features

> Capabilities enabled per workspace on Enterprise plans

## Overview

Some Intuned capabilities need setup on our side before you can use them, so they aren't self-serve. To enable any of them, contact [support@intunedhq.com](mailto:support@intunedhq.com) and we'll set it up with you.

| Feature | What it gives you |
| - | - |
| [Monitoring and alerting](#monitoring-and-alerting) | Custom dashboards, alerts, and reporting across all your Runs, JobRuns, and logs |
| [Bring your own storage](#bring-your-own-storage) | Your Runs' data kept in storage you own |
| [SSO with Okta](#sso-with-okta) | Your team signs in to Intuned through your Okta organization |
| [Desktop automation](#desktop-automation) | Unattended automations that drive Windows and Linux desktop applications |

> [!NOTE]
>
> Looking for Intuned's team to build and maintain automations for you? That's [Enterprise Services](https://intunedhq.com/docs/main/06-resources/enterprise-services.md), which you can combine with any of the features on this page.

## Monitoring and alerting

Dashboards, alerts, and reports across every Run, JobRun, and run log in your workspace, built on OpenSearch. Alerts notify Slack, email, or a webhook.

See [Monitoring and alerting](https://intunedhq.com/docs/main/02-features/enterprise/monitoring-alerting.md).

## Bring your own storage

Intuned stores your Runs' data in your own cloud account instead of Intuned's: an S3 or S3-compatible bucket, and a DynamoDB table for your projects' [persistent store](https://intunedhq.com/docs/main/05-references/runtime-sdk-typescript/persistent-store.md). You own both, and can revoke Intuned's access at any time.

See [Bring your own storage](https://intunedhq.com/docs/main/02-features/enterprise/bring-your-own-storage.md).

## SSO with Okta

Your team signs in to Intuned through your company's Okta organization instead of separate Intuned credentials, so the sign-in policies you already have in Okta apply to Intuned too. We connect your Okta organization to your workspace as part of setup.

## Desktop automation

Intuned automations run in a browser by default. When a workflow lives in a desktop application with no web version, Intuned can run it as an unattended automation. Windows and Linux applications are supported; macOS isn't. Tell us which application you need to automate, and we'll confirm fit and set it up.
