This is an Enterprise feature. To enable it for your workspace, contact support@intunedhq.com.

Overview

By default, Intuned stores your Runs’ data in its own storage. With bring your own storage, Intuned stores it in your cloud account instead:
  • An S3 or S3-compatible bucket for Run inputs, results, errors, traces, logs, Job payloads, AuthSessions, and agent conversations
  • A DynamoDB table for your projects’ persistent store
You own both. You choose where they live, control who can access them, and keep the data when you stop using Intuned. Intuned reaches them with access you can revoke at any time.

When to use it

  • Your compliance posture requires it. Healthcare, financial, or government data that must stay in an account you control.
  • You need the data in a specific region. You choose where your storage lives.
  • You want to keep the data after the contract ends. It’s already in your account.

Set it up

Contact support@intunedhq.com. We’ll help you create the storage in your account and connect it to your workspace. From then on, new data is written to your storage.

Security

  • No long-lived keys. Intuned uses short-lived credentials that only work for your workspace.
  • Revocable. Remove Intuned’s access in your account at any time.
  • No silent fallback. If a write to your storage fails, Intuned retries it. It never writes the data to Intuned’s storage instead.

Retention and deletion

Intuned applies your workspace’s data retention and deletions in your storage the same way it does in its own. You can add your own lifecycle, replication, or backup policies on top.

Limitations

  • New data only. Data written before your workspace switches stays in Intuned’s storage until it expires. Contact Intuned if you need it moved.
  • Switching storage later. Data in a previous bucket stays in your account but is no longer reachable from Intuned. Contact Intuned before changing storage.
  • Runs still execute on Intuned. Run data is processed by Intuned while a Run executes, and Monitoring and alerting, when enabled, keeps its own copy of Run data. Contact Intuned for details.

FAQs
